So, we have decided to provide a membership plan where you can receive Messaging facility after the first consultation in the same amount of Price. 

Its Simple, its based on number of people, if you are single looking for astrological answers can sign up for Bronze plan. For couple, I recommend Silver as the membership provides services to both of the person. And for family up-to four person, We recommend, Gold Membership.

Basically, we need your detail only for horoscope reading. We will delete your data once you ask us do show.  However your email address and zodiac may be stored for sending you news, blogs, articles and weekly, monthly and yearly horoscope. You may unsubscribe from our mailing lists. Read our Privacy policy and Terms and condition.

You can do so by visiting your Account section. But it only means you won’t be charged automatically for next year subscription. 

We refund you if you haven’t used any other services from Ask Jyotish. but Once you use face to face or online, it’s equivalent to our non-membership one-time fee which cannot be refunded. But, if you haven’t taken any services like counselling (in-person/virtual/ chat /class or courses/ events/videos/ audio), we might consider a refund of 50% within 7 days of purchase only.

No, it is your responsibility to maintain your correct details including date of birth, time of birth and place of birth to receive the best consultation. 

Yes, you can edit some of the content like time of birth, but in case your Date of birth is incorrect, you may need to email us stating your concern. We are not liable to give replacement consultation if you provide us with incorrect details too. For example, you have 2 chat available and you used one with incorrect details and you only have one Free chart options available in your memberships. But you can still purchase chat ticket from your dashboard.
